Do I need to belong to a clinic?

No. An independent qualified practitioner can operate from a personal Aesthetic Pass workspace. A clinic relationship is not required to create a practitioner account.

Can I create the account in the mobile app?

Yes. Qualified aesthetic providers can register in the iOS or Android app or on the website and select the professional title that reflects their role. Eligibility to perform treatments still depends on local law and professional scope of practice.

What does the 25-patient limit count?

It counts distinct patients for whom that practitioner has saved a treatment. Re-treating the same patient does not consume another position.

What happens after 25 patients?

Upgrade the personal practitioner workspace to Pro for €99 per month to remove the patient limit.
