The current clinic workflow is available on the free Starter tier for up to 25 distinct treated patients; Pro pays for unlimited treated-patient capacity and priority support. No card is required to evaluate Starter. Onboarding is available directly, the database is hosted in Supabase West EU (Ireland), and you can cancel any time. Image delivery and processing use Cloudflare’s global network.

Can I use Aesthetic Pass without a large practice-management system?

Yes. Aesthetic Pass provides anamnesis questionnaires, treatment logging, patient charting, product and lot traceability, optional clinical photos, and focused web booking with treatment and booking analytics in one connected product. Start on the free tier and test the complete journey with fictional data.

Who owns the patient data?

Patients decide when to generate a reusable 24-hour bearer link to available passport records. As the clinic, you see the treatments you have logged for patients linked to your practice. Data-protection roles depend on the processing context and applicable agreements; each clinic remains responsible for identifying and meeting its own obligations.

What scheduling is included?

A separate web booking workspace lets you publish services with duration and optional display prices, define provider availability, accept booking requests, connect Google Calendar to block busy times, and review funnel conversion, appointment outcomes, top services, and confirmed booking sources.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current paid period. Your clinic profile remains on the free tier after cancellation and you keep your data. Any public directory listing remains subject to profile review and eligibility.
