We do patient retention, treatment documentation, and structured product records; we are not a full practice-management or appointment-booking system, and we don’t try to be. The current clinic workflow is available on the free Starter tier for up to 50 linked patients; Pro pays for unlimited linked-patient capacity and priority support. No card is required to evaluate Starter. Onboarding is founder-led, the database is hosted in Supabase West EU (Ireland), and you can cancel any time. Image delivery and processing use Cloudflare’s global network.

Aesthetic clinics in Europe largely don't use US-style EMR systems. We support anamnesis questionnaires, treatment logging, and patient charting natively — sufficient for aesthetic medicine practice. We don't integrate with general practice management systems because aesthetic workflows sit outside insurance billing anyway.

Patients decide when to generate a reusable 24-hour bearer link to available passport records. As the clinic, you see the treatments you have logged for patients linked to your practice. Data-protection roles depend on the processing context and applicable agreements; each clinic remains responsible for identifying and meeting its own obligations.

No. Use Doctolib, Google Calendar, or your existing booking tool alongside us. We focus on the parts they don't do well: patient retention via automated treatment-recall reminders, structured product documentation, and a clinic profile that can be submitted for directory review.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current paid period. Your clinic profile remains on the free tier after cancellation and you keep your data. Any public directory listing remains subject to profile review and eligibility.
