Send a current primary source with an exact product name, market, and disputed field. Every accepted change still passes source reconciliation, jurisdiction checks, named review, and a versioned release.

Missing identity

A product or regional name absent from the snapshot.

Correction

A name, maker, category, material, alias, or scope error.

Source update

A newer regulator record, label, IFU, or official source.

Manufacturer note

A factual clarification from a maker or authorised representative.
