What it changes in your week
Three jobs that quietly eat a private practice β handled.
Automated recall support
Automated treatment-recall reminders fire at 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before a product wears off β timezone-aware push, sent for you. No more hoping patients remember their follow-up window.
Structured treatment documentation
Dual-signature consent, product names with lot / Chargennummer, before/after photos and a 3D injection map β every treatment recorded in one structured timeline, not scattered across paper and your phone.
Less admin
Paperless digital anamnesis with QR/PIN check-in, plus one searchable patient list you can sort, filter and export to CSV. The intake clipboard and the spreadsheet, gone.

Practitioner questions
Do I need a clinic account?
No. Aesthetic Pass works for a solo doctor out of the box β register on your own, link your first patients, and start documenting. You can add a clinic and other practitioners later if your practice grows.
Is there appointment booking?
No β and that's deliberate. We do automated patient recall: reminders fire as a treatment nears its wear-off window so patients can decide when to contact you again. Keep your existing booking tool (Doctolib or whatever you use) for the calendar itself.
Where is my patient data hosted?
The database is hosted in Supabase West EU (Ireland). Image delivery and processing use Cloudflare’s global network. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and built-in export and deletion features are designed to support GDPR obligations. Patients initiate passport-link sharing; each generated link is reusable for 24 hours, while authenticated provider access follows separate account and relationship controls.
Is this a medical device?
No. Aesthetic Pass is record-keeping and operational tooling, listed in the Health & Fitness category β it does not diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions.
