Common questions
This looks like a lot for €99 — what’s the catch?
No catch — the price reflects a deliberately focused scope. We do patient retention, treatment documentation, and supply-chain verification well; we are not a full practice-management or appointment-booking system, and we don’t try to be. You can verify the fit on the free Starter tier first (up to 50 patients, no card required) before paying for anything. Onboarding is founder-led, your data is EU-hosted (Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant), and you can cancel any time. Right now the Founders cohort gets free access in exchange for direct product feedback.
What about EMR integration?
Aesthetic clinics in Europe largely don't use US-style EMR systems. We support anamnesis questionnaires, treatment logging, and patient charting natively — sufficient for aesthetic medicine practice. We don't integrate with general practice management systems because aesthetic workflows sit outside insurance billing anyway.
Who owns the patient data?
The patient owns their treatment passport. As the clinic, you see the treatments you've logged for patients linked to your practice. This structure simplifies your GDPR/HWG/Heilberufsrecht posture substantially — you're not the data controller for the patient's full history; you're a processor of treatments performed in your clinic.
Does scheduling come with it?
No. Use Doctolib, Google Calendar, or your existing booking tool alongside us. We focus on the parts they don't do well: patient retention via automated treatment-recall reminders, supply chain verification, and a verified clinic profile with a directory listing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period; annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the year and are not prorated. Your clinic profile remains live (free tier) after cancellation — you keep your data and your public listing.
